Liao Hsin-Tian is the Professor at the Graduate Institute of Arts Management and Cultural Policy, National Taiwan University of Arts. He has won several awards including the Taiwan Culture Award, Lin Yushan Academic Paper Award, and Taipei Fine Arts Museum’s Essay Biennial Award. His research focus on Taiwanese fine arts and cultural identity, post-colonial visual culture, and art and cultural sociology.
