Ching-Yueh Mai is currently a Professor of the Master’s and Ph.D. Programs offered by the Graduate Institute of Chinese Studies, Mingdao University. Since 1985, she has been researching the history of Taiwanese calligraphy, exploring topics including Fujian-Taiwan painting and calligraphy arts as well as literature. She previously served as a professional painting and calligraphy appraiser at the Quanzhou Museum and Jinju National Museum, and was an academic committee member and consultant of many museums in Fujian and Guangdong.
