The exhibition proposal must be uploaded in both Word and PDF formats. The PDF version of the exhibition proposal must not include the Applicant and Participant Information Form containing personal information. Each file must not exceed 15 MB. The Applicant and Participant Information Form (including personal information and contact details), together with all documents requiring signatures, including consent forms, authorization letters, disclosure statements, affidavits, and personal data statements, must be combined into one separate PDF file for upload, with a maximum file size of 15 MB.

The application materials must include:

1. Exhibition Space Reference Floor Plan
2. Applicant and Participant Information Form
3. Basic Information of Curator / Applicant Representative and Curatorial Statement
4. Reference List of Exhibition Works and Image Files
5. Exhibition Space or Artistic Presentation Site Design Drawings
6. Educational and Public Program Plan, self-designed format
7. Budget and Itemized Details
8. Work Schedule, self-designed format
9. Consent Form from Participating Artist / Lender
10. Undertaking and Personal Data Statement
11. Consent Form for Joint Production of Application Proposal, required if there are co-creators
12. Group Authorization Letter, required for group applicants
13. Consent Form from Legal Guardian for Applicants under the Age of 18, required where applicable
14. Disclosure Statement on the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence, required if generative AI has been used
